Changing or cancelling your swim
Open your swim to change its details or cancel it. If a paddler is booked, they're asked to accept any change.
Changing the details
- Step 1: Tap My swims and open the swim.
- Step 2: Tap Edit. If a paddler is booked, the button says Propose a change.
- Step 3: Change what you need and save.
If a paddler is booked, they're asked to accept your change. Until they do, the booking stays as it was.
Cancelling
- Step 1: Open the swim and tap Cancel swim at the bottom.
- Step 2: Tap OK.
Any booking or request for it is cancelled too, and the paddler is told. If your plans come back, tap Reopen swim.
Common questions
Why can't I change the date or place?
Your swim is linked to an event, so those come from the event. To swim on a different day, tap Unlink from event first.
