Notifications and emails

Naduno tells you when something happens to your swims or bookings, on the bell at the top of the page and by email.

The bell

The bell is at the top of every page. A number on it means you have notifications you haven't read yet.

  1. Step 1: Tap the bell to see your notifications.
  2. Step 2: Tap a notification to open the page it's about. It's then marked as read.
  3. Step 3: To clear the number without opening each one, tap Mark all as read.

Emails

We email you the same things, so you don't miss them when you're away from Naduno. Chat messages are only emailed if you haven't already read them on Naduno.

Emails about a confirmed booking have links to add it to your calendar.

Common questions

Can I stop some of the emails?

Yes, the extras. Tap Account, scroll to Emails, untick the ones you don't want and tap Save email settings. You'll still see them under the bell. Emails about requests, bookings, changes and cancellations always come, because someone is waiting on you. Event organizers can choose One summary a day for paddlers joining their shifts. Paddlers turn nearby alerts on or off on their Paddler profile, or with Unsubscribe in an alert email.

I'm not getting any emails.

Look in your junk or spam folder, and mark our emails as “not spam”. They come from Naduno.

What does “Reply soon” mean?

Someone asked you to paddle, and the time to reply is nearly up. Requests close if nobody replies in time.
