Finding a paddler
Open your swim and tap Find paddlers to see paddlers who fit it, with the reasons why.
What to do
- Step 1: Tap My swims and open your swim.
- Step 2: Tap Find paddlers.
- Step 3: Read each paddler's details. Ticks show what fits, and Not stated shows what they haven't told us.
- Step 4: Tap View profile to read more about them.
- Step 5: When you've chosen, tap Send request and write a short hello.
Paddlers who offered to help
Paddlers can also find your swim and offer to help. They're listed first, and you can chat with them before you choose. See choosing a paddler.
The options at the top
Under Only show paddlers who… you can hide paddlers who can't stay for the whole swim, don't bring their own craft or aren't open to volunteering. Untick one and tap Update to see more paddlers.
Common questions
Can I ask more than one paddler?
One at a time. If they decline or don't reply in time, you can ask someone else. To ask someone else sooner, open the request and tap Withdraw request.
No paddlers are showing.
Try unticking the options at the top. Naduno is still growing, so you can also share your swim or invite a paddler you know.
Does Naduno check paddlers?
No. Profiles are filled in by each paddler and aren't checked. Ask about their experience before you agree.
