Chatting with paddlers who offered
When paddlers offer to help, you can chat with each of them, then send a request to the one you choose.
What to do
- Step 1: Open your swim. Paddlers who offered are under Paddlers who offered to help.
- Step 2: Tap Message to chat. Ask about their experience, pace, craft and payment.
- Step 3: When you've decided, tap Send request. Check the details, then tap Send request again.
- Step 4: The paddler has a set time to reply. Once they tap Accept and confirm, you're booked.
Saying no politely
To turn down an offer, open the chat and tap Not this time. The paddler is told kindly, and the chat closes. When you confirm a paddler, the other offers close by themselves.
