Finding swims and safety shifts
Tap Opportunities to see swimmers near you who need a paddler, and events that need safety paddlers.
What to do
- Step 1: Tap Opportunities at the top of the page. On a phone, tap the menu button (three lines) first.
- Step 2: Look under Swimmers looking for a support paddler and Events needing safety paddlers.
- Step 3: Tap a swim or an event to see all its details.
What you'll see
- Only swims and events within your travel distance. Others are under Farther away.
- How far each one is from you, the date and time, and any payment offered.
- Labels like You offered to help, Clashes with a booking or Full.
Swims only show if Support paddling is on in your profile, and events only if Safety paddling is on. To change the distance, tap Change.
Common questions
There's nothing near me.
Try a bigger travel distance on your profile, look at All events, or turn on nearby alerts so we email you when something new is added.
