Managing your event
Your event's Manage page shows who's confirmed for each shift, which swimmers are coming, and lets you change or cancel the event.
Tap My events, then Manage next to the event.
What you'll find there
- Numbers at the top: safety paddlers needed, confirmed, and places still open.
- Swimmers: everyone who has added their swim to your event, and whether they have a paddler.
- Each shift with who's confirmed and who's been invited. Tap a name to open their booking.
- Event details, to change the description and other details. Tap Save details.
Taking a paddler off a shift
- Step 1: Tap their name on the shift.
- Step 2: Tap Release paddler, and say why. They see your reason.
- Step 3: Tap Release paddler again. Their place opens up for someone else.
Cancelling the event
Tap Cancel event. Every safety paddler's booking and invitation is cancelled too, and they're told. This can't be undone. Before anyone signs up, you can tap Unpublish to hide the event instead.
