Reviews

After a swim, the swimmer and the paddler can each say how it went. Both reviews appear at the same time.

Reviews are for swimmers and their support paddlers only, not for safety shifts at events. There are no stars or scores.

Writing a review

You have 14 days after the swim. You can change your review until it's published.

  1. Step 1: After the swim, we send you a message: “How did it go?”. Tap Write a review. You can also open the booking from Bookings.
  2. Step 2: Answer two questions: Did they turn up? and whether you'd swim (or paddle) with them again.
  3. Step 3: Add a few words about how it went, if you like.
  4. Step 4: Tap Send review.

When reviews appear

Neither of you sees the other's review until you've both written yours, or the 14 days are up. Then both appear together, on each person's profile. Only signed-in people can see them.

Your answer to Did they turn up? is only seen by the Naduno team.

Replying to a review

You can post one public reply to a review of you. Open the booking and tap Reply, write a short, calm reply, then tap Publish reply.
