Blocking or reporting someone

If someone makes you uncomfortable, you can block them, report them to the Naduno team, or both. You do this on their profile.

Getting to their profile

Tap their name wherever you see it underlined, for example on a swim, in a chat or on a booking. Their profile opens. Scroll down to Something wrong?.

Reporting someone

  1. Step 1: Tap Report.
  2. Step 2: Say what happened.
  3. Step 3: Tap Send report.

They aren't told. A real person on the Naduno team reads every report and can hide someone from the site.

Blocking someone

  1. Step 1: Tap Block followed by their name.
  2. Step 2: Tap OK to confirm.
  • You won't see each other in suggestions or lists.
  • Neither of you can send requests, invitations or chat messages to the other.
  • Any request waiting between you is closed.
  • They aren't told that you blocked them.
  • A booking that's already confirmed stays until one of you cancels it. Cancel it if you don't want to go ahead.

Reporting an event

On the event's page, tap Report this event, say what's wrong, and tap Send report.

Common questions

How do I unblock someone?

Tap Account, then People you've blocked near the bottom of the page. Tap Unblock next to their name, then OK. You can also tap Unblock on their profile.

Can I see who I've blocked?

Yes. Tap Account, then People you've blocked. You only see people you blocked. Nobody can see who blocked them.

I feel unsafe right now.
